The standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something. A distinctive attribute or characteristic  possessed  by someone or something. Quality is the degree to which a product, service, or process meets or exceeds the expectations and requirements of the customer or user. Quality is a subjective concept that can be influenced by various factors, including the customer's needs and expectations, the product's intended use, and the specific quality standards or criteria that are relevant to the product or service.   In general, quality can be defined as the extent to which a product or service satisfies the customer's requirements, including its functional performance, reliability, durability, safety, and other attributes that contribute to its overall value and utility.
